four hundred fifty thousand dollars ($450,000) to plan, design and construct phase 1 water

and wastewater system improvements, including water storage and distribution, in Roy in

Harding county

ROY WATER/WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVE-PH 2

two hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($225,000) to plan, design and construct phase 2

water and wastewater treatment system improvements in Roy in Harding county

to the department of transportation

ROY STREET IMPROVEMENTS-PH 5

three hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($325,000) to plan, design and construct phase 5

improvements to roads, highways and drainage systems in Roy in Harding county
