The time of expenditure for the local government division project in Subsection YY of

Section 15 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to acquire land, plan, design and construct

a swimming pool in Sunland park in Dona Ana county is extended through fiscal year 2010.
