The time of expenditure for the public education department project in Subsection 142 of

Section 23 of Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 to improve and equip the playground at Mesilla Park

elementary school in the Las Cruces public school district in Dona Ana county is extended

through fiscal year 2010.
