I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

LAKE VALLEY CHP POWERLINE CONSTRUCT, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the Indian affairs department for the project

in Subsection 38 of Section 33 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for a boys' and girls' club in the

Lake Valley chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county shall not be expended for the

original purpose but is changed to constructing a powerline for that chapter.
