I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

NORTH VALLEY SKATE PARK, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriations to the department of transportation in

Subsection M of Section 12 and Subsection I of Section 41 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd

S.S.) for landscaping on Griegos road shall not be expended for the original purpose but is

appropriated to the local government division to plan and design a skateboard park in the

north valley of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county. The time of expenditure is extended

through fiscal year 2010.
