I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

LOUISE BROWN & HARRIET SAMMONS BLDGS IMPROVE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the property control division of the general

services department in Subsection F of Section 14 of Chapter 118 of Laws 1998 and

reauthorized in Paragraph (3) of Subsection A of Section 53 of Chapter 99 of Laws 2002 for

improvements at the office of the income support division of the human services department

shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to construct a conference room

in the lobby of the Louise Brown building in Bernalillo in Sand
