two million dollars ($2,000,000) to design and construct street and sidewalk

improvements to Fourth street from Douglas MacArthur to the northern city limits in

Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

MATTHEW MEADOWS PARK PLAY AREA

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to design and construct a play area at Matthew

Meadows park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

VALLEY NEIGHBORHOOD PARK IMPROVE-ALB

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to design, construct, renovate and equip

Valley neighborhood park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county
