two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to

Colquitt park in Chaparral in Dona Ana county

DOLORES WRIGHT MEMORIAL PARK IMPROVE

two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design, construct and equip

improvements, including soccer equipment, concession and restroom facilities, paving and

lighting, at the Dolores Wright memorial park in Chaparral in Dona Ana county
