to the department of environment

EAGLE NEST WASTEWATER SYSTEM IMPROVE

fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to design and construct wastewater system improvements,

including sewer lagoons, in Eagle Nest in Colfax county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

•

EAGLE NEST LAND PURCHASE

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase land adjacent to the village offices in

Eagle Nest in Colfax county

EAGLE NEST PUBLIC RESTROOMS CONSTRUCT

thirty thousand dollars ($30,000) to plan, design and construct public restrooms in Eagle Nest

in Colfax county
