I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

HILAND THEATER RENOVATE & ACQUIRE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

67 of Section 22 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 for the Hiland theater shall not be expended

for the original purpose but is changed for renovations and acquisitions at the Hiland theater

in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county.
