I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

BAYARD WATER PRODUCTION SYSTEM, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the department of environment in Subsection

31 of Section 29 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for the drilling of new water wells in Bayard in

Grant county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed for project

development, rehabilitation and construction of water wells as part of the city of Bayard's

water production system.
