I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

EAST MOUNTAIN ED TECH/EQUIP/FURNISH, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the public education department in

Subsection 8 of Section 23 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 and reauthorized in Section 99 of

Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to purchase a bus for East Mountain charter high school in the

Albuquerque public school district in Bernalillo county shall not be expended for the original

purpose but is changed to purchase and upgrade educational technology and related

equipment and furnishings for that school.
