to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

ENCINO COMMUNITY CENTER EQUIP

ten thousand dollars ($10,000) to purchase equipment for the community center in Encino in

Torrance county

ENCINO ROAD EQUIPMENT PURCHASE

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase road equipment in Encino in Torrance

county
