I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

CAPITAN MSD ATHLETIC FIELD IMPROVE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division for the project

in Subsection 235 of Section 22 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 to plan, design and construct a

public library in Capitan in Lincoln county shall not be expended for the original purpose but

is appropriated to the public education department to improve the athletic fields at the

Capitan municipal school district in that county.
