I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

FARM & RANCH HERITAGE MUSEUM EXHIBITS, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the cultural affairs department in Subsection

7 of Section 9 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 to acquire a sketch by Peter Hurd shall not be

expended for the original purpose but is changed to plan, design and construct permanent

exhibits at the museum.
