I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

SANTO DOMINGO FIRE & RESCUE AMBULANCE EQUIP, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the Indian affairs department in Subsection

45 of Section 33 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to purchase ambulances for the Santo

Domingo fire and rescue in Sandoval county shall not be expended for the original purpose

but is changed to purchase ambulance equipment for that fire and rescue station.
