I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

LOMA LINDA COMMUNITY CENTER CONSTRUCT, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

B of Section 15 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) for construction of the Loma Linda

community center in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county may include purchasing equipment,

and the time of expenditure is extended through fiscal year 2006.
