The time of expenditure for the Indian affairs department project in Subsection G of Section

42 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to make improvements, including a master plan, at

the Hogback chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county is extended through fiscal year

2010.
