The time of expenditure for the Indian affairs department project in Subsection KK of Section

13 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) for powerline extensions in the Mancos creek area

of the Shiprock chapter of the Navajo Nation in San Juan county is extended through fiscal

year 2010.
