I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

SOCORRO COUNTY WATER PROJECTS-2003, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the Indian affairs department for the project

in Subsection 46 of Section 21 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 to purchase and install water

line extensions in the Alamo Navajo community in Socorro county shall not be expended for

the original purpose but is appropriated to the department of environment for water projects

in that county.
