I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

SOCORRO COUNTY WATER PROJECTS-MINI-MART 2004, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the Indian affairs department for the project

in Subsection 10 of Section 12 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to plan, design and construct a

mini-mart at the Alamo chapter of the Navajo Nation in Socorro county shall not be expended

for the original purpose but is appropriated to the department of environment for water

projects in that county.
