I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

SOCORRO COUNTY WATER PROJECTS-2004 B&G CLUB, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the Indian affairs department for the project

in Subsection 71 of Section 33 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to renovate the Alamo chapter

house for a boys' and girls' club in the Alamo chapter of the Navajo Nation in Socorro county

shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to the department of

environment for water projects in that county.
