AGUA SANA WATER SYSTEM PROJECT PHASE 2, RET

The time of expenditure for the department of environment project in Subsection U of

Section 8 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) to construct and acquire land for phase 2

improvements to the Agua Sana regional water system project in Rio Arriba county is

extended through fiscal year 2010.
