The time of expenditure for the public education department project in Subsection EEEE of

Section 16 of Chapter 23 of Laws 2000 (2nd S.S.) for additional classrooms at Hernandez

elementary school in the Espanola school district in Rio Arriba county is extended through

fiscal year 2010.
