I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

PINE HILL SCHOOL RECREATION AREA RENOVATE, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the Indian affairs department in Subsection 5

of Section 21 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 to plan and design an outdoor youth recreation

center for the Ramah chapter of the Navajo Nation in Cibola county shall not be expended for

the original purpose but is changed to repair, renovate and expand youth recreation areas at

the Pine Hill school in that chapter in that county.
