I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

SOUTH VALLEY INFILTRATOR DRAINS, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the local government division in Subsection

24 of Section 22 of Chapter 429 of Laws 2003 for the Barelas memorial plaza in Albuquerque

shall not be expended for the original purpose but is appropriated to the department of

transportation for infiltrator drains to drain the shoulder of Riverside drive SW at the

intersection with Whiting road SW, the shoulder of Riverside drive SW between the

Nashville road and La Vega court intersections and the shoulder of Tapia boulevard SW north

of the Arenal intersection, in the south valley of Bernalillo county.
