ALBUQUERQUE STATION PRJT PASSENGER RAIL SVC, RET

The local government division project originally authorized in Subsection 24 of Section 22 of

Chapter 110 of Laws 2002 and reauthorized in Laws 2003, Chapter 429, Section 65 for

design and engineering related to developing passenger rail service for the Albuquerque

station project and an economic development project is located in downtown Albuquerque in

Bernalillo county.
