I request that the following be funded:

to the department of environment

RUIDOSO DOWNS SEWER LINE CONSTRUCT

three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) to plan, design and construct a sewer line in

Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county

RUIDOSO DOWNS WATER TANK/LINES CONSTRUCT

six hundred thousand dollars ($600,000) to plan, design and construct a water tank and water

lines in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county

RUIDOSO DOWNS WATER WELL FACILITY CONSTRUCT

seven hundred fifty thousand dollars ($750,000) to plan, design and construct, including

drilling, a water well and chlorination facility in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county

to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

RUIDOSO DOWNS WOOD LANE FIRE STATION CONSTRUCT

two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) to plan, design, construct and equip a new fire

station in the Wood lane neighborhood in Ruidoso Downs in Lincoln county
