one million dollars ($1,000,000) to design, construct and equip balloon fiesta park, including

concessions, signage and access control, in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county

MANZANO MESA PARK TENNIS COURTS CONSTRUCT

five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) to plan, design and construct tennis courts at

Manzano Mesa park in Albuquerque in Bernalillo county
