I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

CLOUDCROFT HIGH SCHOOL ATHLETIC FACILITY, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the public education department in

Subsection 33 of Section 14 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 for roof replacement on the

Cloudcroft elementary and middle school in the Cloudcroft municipal school district in Otero

county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to construct

improvements to the Cloudcroft high school athletic field in that school district.
