to the department of environment

MAXWELL WATER/WASTEWATER IMPROVE
one million five hundred thousand dollars ($1,500,000) to plan, design and construct
improvements to the water and wastewater systems in Maxwell in Colfax county
to the local government division of the department of finance and administration

MORENO VALLEY PRIMARY CARE CLINIC CONSTRUCT
two hundred fifty thousand dollars ($250,000) to plan, design and construct a primary care
clinic in the Moreno valley in Colfax county
ANGEL FIRE LIBERTY SQUARE CONSTRUCTION
nine hundred twenty-eight thousand dollars ($928,000) to construct streets, curbs, drainage
and trails to develop Liberty square in Angel Fire in Colfax county
EAGLE NEST CULTURAL FACILITY PURCHASE/PLAN
fifty thousand dollars ($50,000) to purchase land for, plan and design a cultural facility in
Eagle Nest in Colfax county
to the public education department

MAXWELL MUNI SCHL DIST SCHOOL BUS PURCHASE
forty-five thousand dollars ($45,000) to purchase a school bus for the Maxwell municipal
school district in Colfax county
