two hundred fifty eight thousand six hundred eighty-six dollars ($258,686) to purchase trucks

and trailers for the Kirtland and Mexican Springs food distribution centers and the Navajo

Nation food distribution program in the Navajo Nation in San Juan and McKinley counties
