four hundred thousand dollars ($400,000) to plan, design and construct improvements to the

baseball field dugouts and locker room at the New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in

Dona Ana county

NMSU FOOTBALL PROGRAM EQUIP

one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) to purchase equipment for the football program at

the New Mexico state university in Las Cruces in Dona Ana county
