I request that the following be funded:

KELLY ROAD ASPHALT OVERLAY & IMPROVE

eighty-eight thousand dollars ($88,000) for asphalt overlay, base preparation and

reconstruction paving on Kelly road from the intersection with Foothill drive east to the

intersection with Atrisco drive and from the Isleta drain east to the dead end in the south

valley area of Bernalillo county
