I request that the following be funded:

FIVE POINTS RD IMPROVE- PH 2

eight hundred fifty thousand dollars ($850,000) for phase 2 acquisition of rights of way,

planning, designing and construction of roadway drainage and paving improvements to Five

Points road from Gatewood avenue to Atrisco drive in the south valley, including sections of

this street both inside and outside the city of Albuquerque in Bernalillo county
