I request that the following change be made to a prior appropriation:

CHURCH ROCK CHP/MCKINLEY CO BLDG PLAN, RET

The unexpended balance of the appropriation to the Indian affairs department in Subsection

11 of Section 33 of Chapter 126 of Laws 2004 to construct Church Rock chapter office

facilities and McKinley county police, fire and emergency medical substations and a senior

center in McKinley county shall not be expended for the original purpose but is changed to

plan, design and prepare the site for those facilities at that chapter.
