thirty-four thousand three hundred three dollars ($34,303) to plan, design and construct

drainage improvements and a retaining wall at the veterans' memorial in Espanola in Rio

Arriba county

ESPANOLA VETERANS' MEM PARADE FLAGS/LNDSCP

one hundred forty-eight thousand three hundred seven dollars ($148,307) to plan, design,

construct and landscape a parade of flags monument at the veterans' memorial in Espanola in

Rio Arriba county
