has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

SENATE INDIAN & CULTURAL AFFAIRS COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE

                 FOR SENATE BILL 1083

DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1.  On page 1, line 19, strike "human services" and insert in

lieu thereof "Indian affairs".,

and further recommends that it now be referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
