    1. Strike Senate Judiciary Committee Amendments 1 and 2.

    2. On page 12, line 9, strike "retail".

    3. On page 12, line 12, strike "that is", strike line 13 up to the period and insert in lieu thereof "for wholesale electric service".

    4. On page 14, line 11, after the period, insert "Indemnification may include financial compensation or the payment of additional charges of the public utility or rural electric cooperative against the customer-generator.".
