has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

     1. On page 6, line 5, after "on", strike the remainder of the line and strike line 6 in its entirety and insert in lieu thereof "hospital and medical expense incurred insurance or contracts; nonprofit health care service plan contracts, excluding dental or vision only contracts; and health maintenance organization subscriber contracts".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
