AN ACT
MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO PROVIDE POST-TRAUMATIC STRESS SYNDROME TREATMENT FOR VETERANS WITH THE 1115TH NATIONAL GUARD UNIT RETURNING FROM IRAQ.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:
Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--One hundred twenty-five thousand dollars ($125,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to provide post-traumatic stress syndrome treatment for veterans with the 1115th national guard unit returning from Iraq. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
