SENATE BILL 897

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 3, line 23, strike "Unsuccessful" and insert in lieu thereof "In consideration of the cost of submitting a response to such invitation and following documenting the costs incurred, unsuccessful".

    2. On page 3, line 25, strike "stipend" and insert in lieu thereof "recompense", after "cover" insert "actual" and strike "equal to" and insert in lieu thereof "not to exceed".

    3. On page 4, line 1, strike "of the stipend".

    4. On page 4, line 5, after "firm" insert "and payment made to the short-listed firms".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
