AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO MAINTAIN THE ALCOHOLISM AND DRUG ADDICTION DETOXIFICATION AND TREATMENT PILOT PROGRAM AT YUCCA LODGE AT FORT BAYARD IN GRANT COUNTY.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Three hundred eighty thousand dollars ($380,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the department of health for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 by the behavioral health services division to maintain the alcoholism and drug addiction detoxification and treatment pilot program at Yucca lodge at Fort Bayard in Grant county. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
