    1. On page 2, line 24, after "person", insert a colon and the paragraph designation "(1)".

    2. On page 3, line 1, after "function", strike "or" and insert a semicolon and the paragraph designation "(2)".

    3. On page 3, line 2, strike "any class of" and insert in lieu thereof "voting".

    4. On page 3, line 3, after "person", insert a semicolon and the following:

             "(3) a level of ownership of securities other than voting securities that the commission establishes as creating a presumption of control;".

    5. On page 3, line 3, after "and" insert the paragraph designation (4).

    6. On page 7, line 14, strike "and".

    7. On page 7, line 18, strike the period and quotation mark and insert in lieu thereof "; and".

    8. On page 7, between lines 18 and 19, insert the following subsection: 

         "O. "voting securities" means securities that carry the present right to vote for the election of directors or other members of the governing body ultimately responsible for the management of the organization."".
