has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 2, line 5, strike “twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)" and insert in lieu thereof “fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000)".

    2. On page 3, line 6, strike “twenty-five thousand dollars ($25,000)" and insert in lieu thereof “fifteen thousand dollars ($15,000)".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
