AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO NEW MEXICO INSTITUTE OF MINING AND TECHNOLOGY FOR THE DECISION-MAKERS SEMINARS.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Sixty thousand dollars ($60,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of New Mexico institute of mining and technology for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 to support the decision-makers seminars. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
