AN ACT

MAKING AN APPROPRIATION TO EASTERN NEW MEXICO UNIVERSITY FOR THE OPERATION OF THE HOBBS CENTER FOR GRADUATE EDUCATION.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF NEW MEXICO:

     Section 1. APPROPRIATION.--Eighty-five thousand dollars ($85,000) is appropriated from the general fund to the board of regents of eastern New Mexico university for expenditure in fiscal year 2006 for the operation of the Hobbs center for graduate education. Any unexpended or unencumbered balance remaining at the end of fiscal year 2006 shall revert to the general fund.
