    1. On page 3, line 10, strike "PRIVILEGE TAX" and insert in lieu thereof "REGULATORY FEE".

    2. On page 5, line 25, strike "tax" and insert in lieu thereof "fee".

    3. On page 6, line 2, strike "tax" and insert in lieu thereof "fee".,

and thence referred to the FINANCE COMMITTEE.
