has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO NOT PASS, but that

SENATE EDUCATION COMMITTEE SUBSTITUTE FOR

SENATE BILL 677

DO PASS, amended as follows:

1. On page 8, line 9, strike "ten" and insert in lieu thereof "twelve".

    2 On page 8, line 12, strike "Three" and insert in lieu thereof "Four".

    3. On page 8, strike lines 14 and 15, strike line 16 up to the semicolon and insert in lieu thereof "the university of New Mexico, one of whom shall represent New Mexico state university, one of whom shall represent New Mexico institute of mining and technology and one of whom shall represent the three regional, comprehensive universities".

    4. On page 8, line 16, strike "two" and insert in lieu thereof "three".,

and thence referred to the JUDICIARY COMMITTEE.
