    Your CONSERVATION COMMITTEE, to whom has been referred

SENATE BILL 644

has had it under consideration and reports same with recommendation that it DO PASS, amended as follows:

    1. On page 11, line 13, strike "future" and insert in lieu thereof "anticipated".

    2. On page 11, line 25, after the period insert:

    "The commission shall take into account a public utility's resource planning requirements in other states and shall authorize utilities that operate in multiple states to implement plans that coordinate the applicable state resource planning requirements. The requirements of this section shall take effect one year following the commission's adoption of rules implementing the provisions of this section.".,

and thence referred to the CORPORATIONS AND TRANSPORTATION COMMITTEE.
